Not everybody who comes to our office is there for a 30-minute appointment with their doctor. Maybe you just need a refill of a nutritional supplement or antifungal cream we’ve prescribed to you, or you need to replace your worn-out medical-grade inserts.

We want to make it as easy, safe, and convenient as possible for you to get the essential foot and ankle products you need. That’s always been true—and it’s especially important in the middle of a pandemic.

That’s why we’re pleased to offer curbside pickup services to our existing patients.

How Does it Work?

It’s very simple.

If you’re an existing patient and you need an item from our office that we typically provide to you, or you’ve recently had a telemedicine appointment and we’ve recommended one of our products to you, just give us a call, tell us what you need, and when you plan to arrive.

To keep contact to an absolute minimum, you can give us your card information and pay right over the phone, then and there. However, we can also take your card from you and run it at the office if that’s what you’d prefer.

Call us again once you arrive and tell us you’re here. Remain in your car. We’ll send someone out to take your payment card (if you haven’t already paid) and bring your items to you.

That’s it!

Do You Ship?

In some cases, we are willing to ship items to existing patients who are unable to drive to our office for an in-person pickup. This service is strictly for existing patients and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

Your Health and Safety Is Our Top Priority

While we continue to go above and beyond all state and CDC guidelines for keeping our office environment safe and sterile, we understand that many of our patients—especially those in high-risk categories—still value keeping in-person contact (especially indoors) to an absolute minimum.

Curbside pickup is just one example of how we are going the extra mile for our patients, ensuring they get the critical care they need with the absolute minimum level of risk.
